Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share My Info
Last updated: 2026-08-16
Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws can opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. This page explains the position at Tablevenue and the routes available.
Scope of This Right
What actually happens: no data is sold for money, but where advertising is served on tablevenue.com, advertising partners may receive cookie or device identifiers. State privacy laws define ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ broadly enough that this may be caught, so we offer an opt-out rather than take a narrow view. It applies site-wide, to casual visitors and regular readers alike.
What Opting Out Does
Once opted out, we stop sharing advertising identifiers with ad partners. Advertising itself may continue in generic form. There is no penalty of any kind: the site is not degraded, restricted, or priced differently for readers who opt out.
Submitting an Opt-Out
To exercise the right: enable Global Privacy Control in your browser (honoured automatically, no message needed); or refuse advertising cookies via the consent banner where shown; or send an email to hello@tablevenue.com with the subject ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. We will not ask you to create an account to do this.
The full list of applicable state rights lives in the State Privacy Notice.
